Quality Built Into Manufacturing Process
Quality specialists participate from project evaluation through serial production.
Testing capabilities include functional testing, automated PCB handling, device flashing, analogue and digital I/O, RS232 and CAN communication, mobile network, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, end-of-line testing, RF chamber testing, data logging and traceability.
Our certified IPC trainers support consistent workmanship and compliance with strict quality standards. We manufacture to at least IPC Class 2, target IPC Class 3 for high-reliability electronics, and follow IPC Class 3 requirements exclusively for medical devices, where safety, reliability and performance are critical.
