Injection Moulding Engineered For Repeatable Production
Our plastic injection moulding capabilities cover the full manufacturing process. From design consultation and mould engineering to serial production, assembly and validation.
With in-house tooling expertise, automated ARBURG injection moulding equipment and KUKA robotics, we build production processes around part quality, cycle time and long-term repeatability.
Our engineering teams work with your product requirements from the early design stage, helping identify manufacturability risks, optimize tooling and establish a stable process before volume production begins.

Plastic Injection Moulding
Precision injection moulding for technically demanding plastic components, from initial production runs to high-volume serial manufacturing.

Overmoulding
Integrate multiple materials or functional layers into a single component while improving product performance, sealing and ergonomics.

Insert Moulding
Combine plastic with metal inserts or other components in a controlled moulding process, reducing secondary assembly operations and improving part consistency.

Automated Manufacturing
ARBURG injection moulding technology combined with KUKA robotics enables repeatable production, automated part handling and efficient high-volume manufacturing.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Advanced processes and automation for consistant high-quality production.

In-House Precision Mould Tooling
Our in house tooling team designs and manufactures high-precision moulds optimized for cycle time, part quality and long-term production stability.
We combine DFM and Mouldflow-led design, precise machining, robust steel selection and runner system expertise to build tooling around the actual production requirements of each component.
Manufactured parts are measured using CMM equipment to verify dimensional accuracy and support consistent quality throughout production.
Preventive maintenance and rapid tool repair capabilities help reduce production interruptions and extend mould lifetime.

From NPI To Mass Production
A disciplined six stage pipeline carries every program from intake through serial production and back into revalidation whenever qualifying conditions change. Each stage has named owners and acceptance gates, so quality is engineered into the process rather than inspected after the fact.
Initial design consultation to final product delivery, every step of our manufacturing process is governed by rigorous quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Empowering Your Greener Choices

Emission Transparency
We are calculating our Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and have begun assessing Scope 3 emissions to better understand our full value chain impact and to set realistic carbon reduction targets.

Powered by Renewables
100% electricity sourced from renewables, including our own solar power collectors, installed on the rooftop of the plant.

Recycled Plastics
We are using recycled plastic materials in production to reduce waste and support a circular economy.
